01 Eligibility & agreement

By using Nestora, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are using the app on behalf of a business, interior design studio, or organization, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02 What Nestora is

Nestora is an AI-powered creative software application designed to assist users in visualizing interior decor, furniture styles, room layouts, color palettes, and aesthetic themes. By uploading or capturing a photograph of a room, office, or residential space, users can apply AI algorithms to generate visual design inspirations.

03 Important design & safety disclaimer

Please read this section with particular attention:

• Conceptual Inspiration Only: All images, layouts, furniture arrangements, lighting schemes, and decor renderings produced by Nestora are artificial intelligence syntheses created for aesthetic and inspirational purposes only.
• No Professional Engineering or Architectural Advice: Nestora is not an engineering, architectural, or interior surveying tool. The app does not assess structural load-bearing capacity, seismic standards, fire safety codes, environmental regulations, or mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) feasibility.
• Real-World Verification Required: Dimensions, proportions, wall placements, and materials shown in generated renders may differ from actual physical spaces. Never demolish walls, install fixtures, or purchase custom-built furniture based solely on generated renders without on-site measurement and verification by licensed professionals.
• Product Availability: Furniture items, lighting fixtures, or materials depicted in AI renderings are synthetic approximations and may not correspond to commercially available products.

04 Your content & ownership

You retain full ownership, title, and copyright in any photographs of rooms, spaces, or documents that you capture or import into Nestora ("User Content"):

• Limited Processing License: You grant o9Tech a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to transmit, process, and render your uploaded photos for the express purpose of generating the AI design outputs you request.
• No Public Exhibition or Sale: We do not publish, exhibit, sell, or license your private interior photos to third parties.
• Your Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful permission of the property owner/tenant to photograph the spaces you submit, and that your uploads do not violate any privacy, copyright, or property rights.

05 AI generations & intellectual property

App Ownership: The Nestora software, application code, user interfaces, branding, logos, icons, styling presets, algorithms, and design systems are the exclusive intellectual property of o9Tech and Saif Ur Rehman, protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Output Ownership: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you own the rights to the specific interior images generated by the app for your personal and commercial use (such as client moodboards, staging proposals, and personal remodeling planning), subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable laws governing AI-generated material.

06 Subscriptions, in-app purchases & billing

Nestora offers free starter generations, an auto-renewing subscription (Nestora Pro, billed monthly or annually) and one-time consumable credit packs. Prices are shown in the App Store for your storefront before you confirm any purchase:

• Payment Processing: All transactions are billed through Apple StoreKit and charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by opening your iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
• Free Trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds: All refund requests are governed exclusively by Apple's App Store terms and consumer refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for Apple App Store transactions; please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund through Apple.
• Credits & allowances: how free generations, the Pro allowance and credit packs work — including what happens to unused credits if you delete your account — is set out in section 07.

07 Your account, credits & generation allowances

No account is required. Nestora is fully usable without registering, and there is no email-and-password sign-up. The app offers an optional sign-in with Apple or Google whose only function is to carry your purchases to your other devices. You are responsible for retaining access to the Apple ID or Google account you sign in with; we cannot issue or reset those credentials, and we cannot transfer a balance between two different sign-ins.

• Free generations: each device receives a one-time allocation of free AI generations. They are not renewed by reinstalling the app, switching Apple ID or signing out.
• Nestora Pro: an active subscription grants an allowance of AI generations for each billing period. Unused generations from one period do not carry over into the next.
• Credit packs: credit packs are consumable in-app purchases. They are consumed as you use them and, being consumables, Apple does not restore them. "Restore Purchases" reinstates an active subscription, not credit packs — spent or unspent.
• Where your balance lives: your balance is held on the device you bought it on, and survives reinstalling the app on that same device. It is carried to your other devices only if you use the optional sign-in described above.
• Failed generations: a generation that fails for technical reasons does not consume a credit. If a credit is deducted in error, contact support@o9tech.com and we will restore it.
• Deleting your account: you can delete your account at any time in Profile > Delete Account. Deletion is permanent, and any unused credits held in that account are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel it separately in Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions, or it will continue to renew and be charged.
• Fair use: deliberately resetting the app, reinstalling, or creating multiple accounts in order to obtain additional free generations is a breach of these Terms and of section 08.

08 Acceptable use policy

You agree not to misuse Nestora. You must not:

• Upload images containing unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, abusive, or infringing content.
• Photograph private properties or areas where you do not possess consent or lawful authority.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, extract source code from, or disassemble the app or its underlying AI models.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or unauthorized APIs to query or overload our generation servers.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Nestora application or service infrastructure to third parties.

09 Service availability & AI variations

AI image synthesis is probabilistic. Generated interior outputs will vary based on lighting, camera angle, resolution, and selected parameters. We do not guarantee that every generation will meet specific artistic expectations or produce identical results across runs.

We strive to maintain continuous server uptime, but access to AI generation services may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, network issues, or infrastructure upgrades.

10 Disclaimer of warranties ("As Is")

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Nestora is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of architectural data.

11 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall o9Tech, Saif Ur Rehman, or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or damages resulting from:

• Reliance on AI-generated designs, color selections, or furniture layouts.
• Property damage, construction defects, remodeling costs, or structural failures arising from work executed on the basis of AI renders.
• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or loss of your stored room photos or projects.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the app shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us through the app in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot be lawfully waived under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

12 Termination

You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by ceasing all use of Nestora and uninstalling the app from your devices. If you created an account through the optional sign-in, you can delete it permanently in Profile > Delete Account; the consequences for unused credits and for an active Apple subscription are set out in section 07. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AI generation capabilities if you violate these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive any termination.

13 Governing law & disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

14 Changes to these terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time as our app introduces new features or complies with regulatory requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of Nestora following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
