01 Who we are

Nestora is an AI-powered interior design and home decoration application developed and published by o9Tech, operated by Saif Ur Rehman ("we", "us", "our").

02 Data stored on your device

Nestora is designed so that the vast majority of your data lives exclusively on your local device. The following items are stored locally in the app's sandboxed storage:

• Room Projects: Photos you take or import of your living room, bedroom, kitchen, office, patio, or other spaces.
• Generated Designs: AI-rendered interior variations, color palette ideas, furniture recommendations, and decor concepts.
• Style Preferences & Presets: Your saved interior aesthetics (e.g., Japandi, Scandinavian, Mid-Century Modern, Minimalist, Industrial, Bohemian, Luxury Contemporary).
• App Settings: Output resolution choices, theme preferences, and subscription status flags.

Nestora requires no registration to use: there is no email-and-password sign-up, and your free generations are tied to this device rather than to a profile. An optional sign-in with Apple or Google is available purely to carry purchases across your own devices — see section 03.

03 Optional sign-in & your Nestora account

Nestora is fully usable without an account. Every device receives its free AI generations without signing in, and Nestora Pro and credit packs are purchased with the Apple ID already on your device. There is no email-and-password registration anywhere in the app.

The app does offer an optional sign-in with Apple or Google. Its only purpose is to carry your purchased credits and Pro status to your other devices. If — and only if — you choose to use it, an account record is created on our servers (hosted by Supabase) containing:

• A user identifier: a random identifier generated when the account is created.
• An email address: the address released to us by Apple or Google. With Sign in with Apple you may choose Apple's Hide My Email relay, in which case we only ever see the relay address, never your real one.
• Your entitlement balance: remaining generation credits, subscription tier and renewal flags.

Your room photos and generated designs are never uploaded to this account. They stay on your device, and in your own iCloud if you have it enabled, as described in sections 02 and 06.

Signing out. Profile > Sign Out ends the session on that device and leaves the account itself untouched.

Deleting your account. Profile > Delete Account, then confirm the warning. This permanently and immediately erases the account record and the entitlement balance held with it from our servers. The whole process happens inside the app — no email, phone call or support ticket is required — and it cannot be undone. If you prefer, you can instead write to support@o9tech.com. Please note that an active subscription is billed by Apple: deleting your account does not cancel it, so cancel it separately in Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

04 Camera & Photo Library permissions

To enable you to redesign your living spaces, Nestora requests explicit iOS permissions:

• Camera Permission: Used only when you choose to take a live photo of a room or space directly inside the app. Nestora never activates the camera without your direct interaction.
• Photo Library Access: Used only to let you pick existing room photos from your camera roll or save generated design renderings back to your Photos. Nestora uses Apple's standard system photo picker, ensuring the app only reads the photos you explicitly select.

You can revoke camera or photo library permissions at any time through your device's Settings > Nestora.

05 How AI room generation works

When you select a room photo and choose an interior design theme, the app connects to our secure AI generation infrastructure to produce the requested decor transformation:

• Transient Transmission: The selected photo and your chosen design parameters (e.g., "Modern Minimalist Living Room with warm lighting") are sent over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection.
• Processing Only: The photo is processed solely to perform the image-to-image decor synthesis, structural edge detection (to preserve your room's walls, windows, and doors), and styling output.
• No Model Training: Your private home and office photos are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve public AI models without your explicit, separate affirmative consent.
• Immediate Discard: Once the generated interior images are returned to your device, the uploaded source image is discarded from active processing memory.

06 iCloud backup & synchronization

If you have Apple iCloud enabled on your device, Apple may include Nestora's local database and saved room designs in your personal iCloud Backup or sync them across your Apple devices using Apple CloudKit:

• Your iCloud storage is encrypted and managed entirely by Apple under your personal Apple ID.
• We at o9Tech have no access to your personal iCloud credentials, backups, or private files.
• You can manage or disable iCloud backups for Nestora at any time in your iPhone or iPad Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.

07 In-app purchases & subscriptions

Nestora offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions (such as Nestora Pro) that raise your monthly allowance of AI generations and unlock high-definition, watermark-free exports and custom styling instructions:

• Apple StoreKit: All financial transactions, payments, and credit card processing are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID account. We never receive, process, or store your payment card numbers or billing address.
• RevenueCat: We utilize RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat processes an anonymous, randomized app-user identifier and receipt data to confirm whether your subscription is active. For details, visit RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

08 Third-party services

We believe in minimal third-party integrations. Nestora uses only the essential services required to provide the app:

Nestora does not include any third-party ad networks, social media tracking pixels, or data brokers.

09 What we never do

• We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal photos, generated interiors, or app usage data.
• We never track you across other apps or websites. Nestora does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission because we do not engage in cross-app tracking.
• We never claim ownership of the photos you take of your home or workplace.

10 Children's privacy

Nestora is intended for general audiences and home decorators, homeowners, renters, and design enthusiasts aged 13 and above (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@o9tech.com and we will immediately take steps to remove it.

11 Your choices & data rights

Your projects and photos are stored on your device, and the optional account holds nothing but your sign-in identity and credit balance — so you keep total control over your information:

• Deleting Content: You can delete any saved room project, photo, or generated design directly within the app at any time.
• Complete Data Erasure: Deleting the Nestora app from your device immediately and permanently deletes all local application data and cached renderings. If you used the optional sign-in, delete your account first (see below) — removing the app does not delete the server-side record.
• Account Deletion: If you signed in with Apple or Google, Profile > Delete Account permanently erases your account record and stored credit balance from our servers, entirely within the app and with no further steps.
• Statutory Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA): Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights to access, correct, export or erase the personal data we hold about you. The only personal data we hold on our own servers is the optional account record described in section 03 — if you have never signed in, there is no record linked to your identity for us to hold. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask what is stored, contact support@o9tech.com and we will respond within 30 days.

12 Changes to this policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect app improvements, new capabilities, or changes in legal regulations. When updates occur, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Significant changes will be highlighted within the app or release notes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
