01 Information stored on your device

The Game saves a small amount of data on your device so it can remember things between sessions. This includes your high scores, your sound and other settings, and your privacy choices. This data stays on your device. We cannot see it, and it is removed if you delete the App.

02 Advertising

Orbit Dodge is free to play and is supported by ads. We use Google AdMob, along with Google's advertising partners, to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads inside the Game.

To show ads, these services may automatically collect and process certain information, such as:

• Your device's advertising identifier;
• Your IP address and general location based on it;
• Your device type, operating system, and language;
• How you interact with ads.

03 Personalized ads and your consent

Depending on where you live, when you first open the Game you may see a consent message asking whether you agree to personalized ads. This message is provided through Google's consent tools. You can accept or decline.

If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change your choice at any time from the settings screen inside the Game, where a privacy options link appears when it applies to your region.

04 Your choices and controls

You have control over ad tracking through your device settings:

• Android: Open Settings, then Google, then Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.
• iOS: Open Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Tracking, where you can control whether apps may ask to track you.

You can also clear all locally stored game data at any time by deleting the App.

05 Children's privacy

Orbit Dodge is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Where required, ads shown to users we understand to be children are limited to non-personalized ads.

06 Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except for the advertising services described above, which operate under their own privacy policies.

07 Data retention

Game data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Information processed by our advertising partners is retained according to their own policies.

We take reasonable steps to protect information. Because the Game keeps your game data on your own device and does not send it to us, the main protection is the security of your device itself.
