01 How Subscriptions Work
AppBlocker offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) managed entirely through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period and your Apple ID will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
02 Free Trials
AppBlocker may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. During a free trial:
You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your Apple ID will be charged the applicable subscription price.
03 Refund Eligibility
Because all purchases are processed by Apple, refund eligibility is governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. As a general guide:

Final refund decisions rest with Apple. We are unable to override Apple's decisions regarding App Store purchases.
04 How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund directly through Apple:
Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase AppBlocker.
Locate the subscription or in-app purchase you want refunded.
Choose the reason that best describes your situation and submit.
Apple typically responds within a few days. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Alternatively, on your iPhone go to Settings → Your Name → Purchase History, tap the purchase, and select "Report a Problem."
05 Apple's Refund Process
Apple handles all payment processing and refund decisions independently. o9tech has no ability to access your payment details, initiate refunds on Apple's behalf, or guarantee refund approval.

06 What Happens After a Refund
If a refund is granted by Apple:
Your AppBlocker Premium access will be revoked and your account will revert to the free/guest tier. Any Premium features — including advanced blocking schedules and sync — will no longer be accessible. Your blocking data and settings remain on your device but will not be synced across devices.
You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time after a refund.
07 Exceptional Circumstances
If you experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from using AppBlocker Premium and Apple did not resolve your refund request, please contact us directly. While we cannot process refunds ourselves, we may be able to:
Provide complimentary Premium access for a period to compensate for downtime, escalate documented technical issues with Apple on your behalf, or offer account credits toward future purchases where applicable.
These remedies are offered at o9tech's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
