Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using Dopamine Daily ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Dopamine Daily ("we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Dopamine Daily on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable App Store rules (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Important: Dopamine Daily is a productivity and routine-building tool. It is not a medical device, clinical service, or substitute for professional mental health support. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
If you are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or any other health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. The App is designed to complement — not replace — professional care.
Dopamine Daily offers a one-time "Dopamine Pro" purchase that removes banner and interstitial advertisements permanently.
The free version of Dopamine Daily displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version of the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Ad content is controlled by Google and not by us. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party advertisements.
Any content you enter into the App (tasks, routine names, your name, etc.) is stored locally on your device and remains your property. We make no claim of ownership over your content. Because no content is uploaded to our servers, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
Updates may be issued periodically through the App Store or Play Store. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We recommend keeping the App updated to receive bug fixes and improvements.
The App, including its design, graphics, user interface, and all underlying code, is owned by the developer of Dopamine Daily and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The name "Dopamine Daily", the heart logo, and all associated branding are proprietary to us.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license described in Section 2.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In any event, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer of Dopamine Daily and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Dopamine Daily is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA where applicable). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please contact us.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@o9tech.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by the law of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
